Average weekday ridership across the system is 1,000,000 passengers. PATCO (Port Authority Transit Corporation) which works with SEPTA and NJ Transit to meet increasing demands by improving and expanding public transportation service in the greater Philadelphia Region. With stops in Philadelphia and New Jersey, the PATCO Speedline services over 38,000 commuters traversing the Delaware River daily, accounting for over 20 million trips per year.
